To help students understand a seamless approach to the consumer experience through all available retail channels, specifically for small businesses.
MODULE GOAL

With the continuous development of technology, retailers have been engineering new ways for customers to shop and to connect with companies. The core of this module is to enhance students’ understanding in the strategic integration of brick-and-mortar stores, electronic retailing, direct marketing methods, and other retail channels. Current trends and practices of omni-channel retailing will be explored via small business examples, such as Raygun an Iowan brand that vertically integrates product development, retail, and marketing via multiple channels.
